These terms govern your use of bpositive.org.in and the booking of home sample collection from BPositive, operated by Vijay Kumar Ved, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. By making a booking you agree to them.
Our service
BPositive arranges collection of samples at your home. Samples are tested by NABL-accredited partner laboratories. For each test you receive two reports: the Clinical Report in the laboratory's standard format, and the Smart Report, which explains the same results in simple language, in the language you choose.
Booking
- One booking covers a single home visit for up to four people at the same address.
- Collections are available Monday to Saturday, in the time slot you select. We do not collect on Sundays.
- Please give an accurate address and a working mobile number, and make sure the person being tested is available during the slot. Some tests require fasting; we will tell you if yours does.
Prices and payment
- A confirmation charge of ₹50 is paid online to confirm your slot. This is one charge per booking, whatever the number of people.
- The ₹50 is adjusted against your test bill. The fees for the tests themselves are told to you before collection and paid separately.
- Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay.
Reports
- Reports are delivered digitally — by WhatsApp and/or a secure link — within the turnaround time given for your test.
- The Smart Report is an explanation to help you understand your results. It is not a diagnosis and is not a substitute for medical advice. Any translation should be verified by your consulting doctor, and you should take your doctor's advice before acting on any result.
- Results depend on the sample and the conditions at collection. If a sample cannot be tested, we will contact you to arrange a re-collection.

Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details or by events outside our control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, have jurisdiction over any dispute.
